  • What is the processing time for your services?

    Most transactions are completed within the same business day, however, transactions to some countries may take 24 hours to be completed. Please contact us for processing times for specific services and countries

  • Do I need to physically visit one of your stores to perform transactions

    If you already have a profile with us then you can perform transactions online, however, you will need to physically visit one of our branches to create a profile

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Accepted payment methods are Cash (in-person only) and KNET. We currently do not accept Visa or Mastercard as forms of payment

  • What ID cards are accepted to create a profile and perform transactions?

    You will need to provide your Kuwaiti Civil ID or any Civil ID from the GCC countries to create a profile to perform transactions. You can only create a profile by physically visiting one of our many branches across Kuwait
