  • What is the processing time for your services?

    Processing time depends on:

    • Country
    • Cash or Bank Transfer
    • Amount of Transaction
    • Day of the Week

    Most transactions are completed within the same business day, however, please contact us for processing times for specific services and countries.

  • Do I need to physically visit one of your stores to perform transactions

    If you already have a profile with us then you can perform transactions online, however, you will need to physically visit one of our branches to create a profile

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Accepted payment methods are Cash and KNET. We currently do not accept Visa or Mastercard as forms of payment.

  • What ID cards are accepted to create a profile and perform transactions?

    You will need to provide your Kuwaiti Civil ID or any Civil ID from the GCC countries to create a profile to perform transactions. You can only create a profile by physically visiting one of our many branches across Kuwait
